The legacy of our forefathers has always been something to cherish. Heritage and signature Buildings have long been overlooked, and recently neglect and deterioration have succeeded to be the preeminent features of the remnants of our Belle Epoque.

Fortunately, some visionary real estate developers as well as some government officials have been able to see through the tarnished crust and identify the true masterpieces of the Architecture of the last two centuries.

We have had our chance of participating in the conservation and restoration of such buildings in both Alexandria and Cairo. Ranging from signature schools and University buildings to richly embellished residential buildings, and not overseeing remnants of Cairo’s city centre once flourishing warehouses.
We have also taken part in the reuse and rehabilitation of such masterpieces and buildings.
